Dear Friends
Hi there!  Thank you so much for all your prayers and support!

 
We received messages from both the British Consul General and his wife this week saying that they were inspired by the project and want to help us! PLEASE PRAY .
 
PLEASE PRAY for the psychodrama course I am hoping to start in March.  The Director has written a letter to the Board of Directors asking them to let me start the course even though my degree course needs to be validated here.  This can take between 6 months to 2 years so if they let me start the course that would be great.  There is one big problem though.  In order to register for the course I have to go to the University of Sao Paulo to validate my documents and get a code number to prove I have done this.  However, I need to give them a breakdown of my course, the number of hours I studied etc and I can't get this information easily as my college (Nonington College) shut down the year I left! (nothing to do with me!!!) So, PLEASE PRAY that I can find the right department, that they will give me the code number and that the Board of Directors will say ' yes' - they will decide on February 27th or 28th.
 
PLEASE PRAY! for all the boys who were part of the psychodrama workshops and are now at home: Thiago Oliveira, Jose Bras, Robert, Israel, Diego, and Julio Cesar - especially for jobs and for them not to return to crime and drugs. 


PLEASE PRAY also for Thiago Iantoani, Felipe, Pablo, Mauro and Rogerio who are still in the youth prison waiting to be released.  We are planning to take Felipe to the rehab as he is an orphan so PLEASE PRAY he will stay and not run back to the streets.


PLEASE PRAY! for Viviane who is at the womens' rehab.

George is going to have some tests done on his heart as he has been having pain recently. PLEASE PRAY that the tests will reveal if there is anything wrong so that he can get the right treatment if necessary.


PLEASE PRAY! for the sale of our Hyundai Accent. A man contacted George yesterday and made an offer which we have accepted.  Please pray he will actually buy it as several people have made offers but nothing has happened. We had to get a new document as we looked everywhere and couldn't find it so we can actually sell it now! He says he will come to look at it next week.

PLEASE PRAY for Cilene our administrator who is working to get us registered with the CMDCA (Municipal Council for the rights of Children and Adolescents).  This is very important for various reasons and also means we can go to companies for support and they can help us instead of paying taxes which is good for them and for the project!

PLEASE PRAY as we prepare the psychodrama workshops for the new group at the youth prison starting March 2nd.
